strawberry shortcake...

strawberry shortcake: bobby and livia picked up a flat of strawberries from the "dassel hillside" farm today. It has been a tradition ever since I met Bobby to make strawberry "mush". The trick is to mash the strawberries and then add sugar until you are satisfied with the sweetness of the mush. My favorite is strawberry smoothies made from the mush- delicioso!

happy anniversary...

happy anniversary: bobby and i spent our 6th wedding anniversary at the como zoo with the girls on sunday. We had a great time! After touring the zoo, we met up with our friends (Livi and Sophia's godparents) Paul and Laurie for a picnic. Later, we hit "Como Town" for some rides and entertainment. It was a memorable day for the Withers family, even if it wasn't too romantic :)

roll over beethoven: sophia rolled over for ther first time a few nights ago. We finally captured it on tape, to our amazement. It is hard to believe that she is rolling over already, especially since Livi didn't roll over until she was 12 weeks old. My baby is growing up!

splendid saturday: we had a nice day today and the weather was beautiful! This is Livi trying out her new giraffe pool.
we walked down to the water carnival and rode some of the rides (yes, we were being thrill seekers, since most of the rides looked older than me).

sleeping beauty...

sleeping beauty: it is hard to believe, but sophia has been more awake lately. I just can't seem to stop myself from taking pictures of her when she is sleeping. She is so beautiful when she sleeps. I promise to try and get a few pictures of her when she is awake soon.

blessed baptism...

blessed baptism: we celebrated sophia's sacrament of baptism yesterday. It was a lovely service and Sophia shared it with another little girl, Hannah Marie. We are so blessed to have wonderful family members and friends surrounding us on this special day. Sophia is our second little angel, and we couldn't be happier.
