turkey day...

the withers and sederholm families
kaytlin (9), livia (3), and elana (7)

bobby (33) and sophia (7 1/2 months)

turkey day: over the river and through the woods to sederholm's house we go! Here are some random pics from the day. It was a lovely day with lots of delicious food and wonderful family. If you look closely, Liv has quite the "ow-ee" on her face. No, it was not a nasty turkey carving incident. The accident occurred at daycare on Tuesday involving one of the boys and a truck. You should have seen the other boy :)

christmas is coming...

christmas is coming: we waited outside at cash wise today to see santa. He arrived by Fire Truck and then took his place in the warming house outside of Cash Wise. Liv brought her "wish list" and gave it to Santa. She was so proud to give it to him today and talk with him. As we were leaving she asked me, "Can we see Rudolph now?"

footed pajamas...

footed pajamas: it is always hard to believe that livia used to be so small. As Sophia is moving into 9 months clothing, I try to remember what Livia used to look like and feel like as a baby. It makes me a little sad to think how quickly time has passed, since Liv was a baby. As I was holding Sophia tonight I held her a little closer to me and shut my eyes. At that moment, I tried to make a picture in my mind to never forget what it was like at that moment. The harder you hold on, the faster they seem to grow...(sigh)...

hats off to you...

hats off to you: we made pilgrim hats to prepare for thanksgiving. Pretty easy, but we had fun getting messy with the frosting and then of course, eating them. Last year we made turkey cookies. I guess it is just one of those things I hope to continue doing with the girls (and Bobby, too) each year.

tricks and treats...

this picture represents our family in a "nut shell"....
is this ariel or dr. evil?

livi, the little mermaid...

sophia, our small flower...

tricks and treats: we had a nice evening on friday. This was the first year Livi really understood how to "trick or treat". We visited all the grandmas and friends before hitting the houses. Sophia spent some time with grandma Pam and grandpa Mike, while we went door to door for candy. Bobby and I loved seeing the pure joy on Livia's face each time she walked away from each house with candy. This is what Halloween is all about!
