gone fishin'...

gone fishin': livia was introduced to her Scooby-Doo lifevest today. She was quite excited about wearing it. We had difficulties getting it away from her. I guess she is excited about fishing with Grandpa Woods and daddy this summer. She has heard many a tale about all the sunnies and crappies she will be catching this summer with him on his boat. From the picture, you can see it is just a little early to think about summer fishing. It's just too bad that ice fishing season is over...

easter fun...

easter fun: i could not resist posting all three of these pictures. Each picture represents a different aspect of Livi's Easter fun. A few days before Easter, Livi, Bobby, and I dyed Easter eggs. Livi and I colored the eggs before we dyed them.

under-where?: livi received dora underwear from grandma a few days before Easter. I could not resist putting them in her Easter basket to see what Livi would think of them. Well, needless to say, she enjoyed them!
love from dassel: livi found a dora tent in her easter basket. She is getting used to staying in it for long periods of time. We have even moved her Elmo chair inside to see if she would enjoy it more. Mom even took a turn inside...I quickly realized why it was meant for small children. We hope you had a blessed Easter. On days like these, we truly realize how blessed we are to have each other!

livi-licious...

livi-licious: no, copper is not licking his chops for a bite of a livi steak. Livi decided it would be fun to feed Copper his food tonight one piece at a time. As you can see, Livi hovered over Copper's bowl, while Copper had to wait until Livi was ready to feed him. She thought it was pretty entertaining to feed him. It wasn't until I went to start a bath for Livi, the fun really began! From the bathroom I heard some giggling and the sounds of splashing. As I turned the corner, Livi was playing in Copper's water dish. There was more water on the floor than in Copper's dish. Needless to say, Livi had to take a "time-out" from playing. Mom always ruins all the good fun!
