summer sun and fun: we hit the mn zoo on sunday with grandma pam and grandpa mike. It was a fun day! I was exhausted from all the walking because we spent almost 4 hours just at the zoo alone! Later we had a delicious meal at "Don Pablos" and then ice cream to top off the day. Needless to say, I needed to take a nap on the way home...

groovy kind of love: Bobby and I have been married for 7 years TODAY! Thank you, Bobby, for being my best friend- the person who laughs with me, teaches me SO much about life, makes me love you, the girls, and myself more each day. Happy Anniversary, sweetie! Here's to 70 more...

graduation day: we drove to st. augusta on sunday to attend kirsti's graduation party at kiffmeyer park. Kirsti is my brother, Troy's biological sister. I feel as though she is my sister, too, in a way. I am so proud to say that she is going to attend the College of St. Benedict in the fall. She intends to go either into nursing or pre-med. I know she will succeed in either field. What an intelligent, gifted, beautiful young lady. Hard to believe that she was only Sophia's age when we first met her....

just 4 you: livia turned four on sunday. We started with a special waffle breakfast in the morning (a little too early, but she was excited - can you blame her?) and one birthday gift to hold her over until after nap.
