morning rituals...

morning rituals:every weekday morning looks a little like this...girls wake up around 6:45am, mom gets them dressed for daycare, mom pours them both a cup of dry cereal, and we head downstairs to watch some t.v. until mom is finished getting ready and packed up to go. Whew! Most mornings go smoothly-like today. That is truly a blessing in itself. i thought liv looked so cute today

music box dancer...

music box dancer: livia began her "intro to dance" class on thursday. She and two other little girls were in the class. She was so excited, and she smiled the ENTIRE time she was in class. The only downfall was that she cried when we had to leave...Oh well...it is hard to be patient at four years old.getting ready to dance

pinky dinky doo...

pinky dinky doo: this is an actual conversation that the sales lady, livia, and i had on sunday.
Sales lady: I want you to think of name for your poodle. Tell me the name so I can write it on your adoption certificate.
Livia: Namey.
Me: You want to name your poodle, Namey?
Livia: Yeah.
Me: How about a different name? Think of a name that goes with the poodle, since it is pink.
Livia: I want to name it Pinky.
I couldn't help but laugh...kids are so literal at this age :) helping put the stuffing inside her french poodle
so happy with her purchase

sweet tooth...

sweet tooth: i have heard that you do not need to spend a lot of money on your children to make memories...last night was one of those nights with the girls. We all shared some Twizzlers and spent time relaxing together. I couldn't resist taking some pictures - of course!"twisted twizzler sisters"
