i'll tumble for ya...

on sunday livia participated in her first gymnastics expo at the glencoe fieldhouse. The expo was entitled, "On Safari" with all the kids dressing in animal inspired outfits. Livia showed off her talents on the vault, balance beam, bars, and floor. We think she did a fantastic job...way to go, Liv! sophia wanted to have her picture taken, too!

how cute!

question: how many times should a parent have to listen to "music box dancer" before banning it from their household? we are pretty close to that number...

giddy up: we celebrated sophia's third birthday yesterday in cowgirl style! Sophia LOVES horses, so it was only fitting to have a horse party. We were so fortunate to have MANY friends and family with us to help celebrate this special occasion. Here are some pics from all our "horsing" around... sophia waiting for her party to start! (at the end of the evening, we cleaned up the party, and put the vehicles back in the garage. later, sophia saw the garage and asked, "is my birthday all done?"

the big hit of the party were these boot glasses...fun for all the kids (big and small)!
